"After reviewing products online, my wife and i visited Warrington store to view the products we wished to buy. The sales people were very helpful and their product knowledge could not be faulted. Home delivery was arranged and we were kept up to date by the sales team regarding our delivery by e-mail and text. Delivery arrived at the right time and was well wrapped. Unfortunately, both of our baths had sustained damage in transit but the helpdesk arranged next day delivery for replacements and uplifted the damaged goods. Better Bathrooms offer good products at good prices and can not be faulted for their service. I would have awarded 5 stars but for the damaged goods. Nice people to do business with. It is worth visiting their showrooms to view products however far you have to travel."

Fantastic customer service re whole order/delivery process. Kept right up to date by email through every stage. Fast delivery (I ordered late Sunday night on internet and received goods before 9am Wednesday morning. Only gripe I have is hefty delivery charge to Aberdeenshire (Scotland)!

Excellent service great product, would have got fiver stars if the delivery could have had a two hour delivery slot so we did not have to leave work so early and then have to wait 4 hours for the delivery
