Please could you tell me the width of the bottom of this bath as it looks like its narrows. I have a 730m gap up to the door opening and the width of this bath is 750m. If the foot of this bath isn't as wide as the tap end,I could reverse the bath and solve my problem.

Hi, just installing the bath. Can the unit taps be free standing or do they have to be drilled into bath?
By vicky selman On 2012-03-06 17:47:04
The taps can be free standing with some stand pipes, Product Code: 8069. Or you can attach the taps to the bottom part of the bath (as pictured on the website) with the Roll Top Bath Pack, Product Code: 3595 to help finish the bath off.

The description specifies the bath construction as being 4-6mm double skinned acrylic. Can you confirm if there is any reinforcement in the construction of this bath? Many thanks, Brett
By Brett Porter On 2012-01-20 19:32:44
Hi Brett, This Bath is manufactured from 2 sheets of 4-6mm thick acrylic and is bonded with cast resin stone for extra reinforcement. Regards Betterbathrooms

Here at Better Bathrooms, we’ve got a selection of traditional bathroom suites for you to choose from. Ideal for furnishing a period bathroom, or for adding some traditional detail to your modern decor, period style sanitaryware has a distinctive look that’s a timeless classic.
Our suites are packaged to save you money and time when choosing your sanitaryware. You can be sure that items within a suite package will complement each other aesthetically, plus it’s usually cheaper to buy pieces as part of a package than individually.
We’re aware that your home is unique, though: that’s why we’ve created a few different styles of traditional bathroom suite. Choose from a toilet and basin package; add a fitted bath; or select a suite comprising toilet, basin and freestanding bath. The latter option will lend your bathroom a greater degree of full-on period detail, especially if you choose traditionally styled cross head taps for the basin and bath. And our single ended slipper baths are a great choice for small bathrooms where there isn’t the space for a full length bath.
Our traditional toilets have an elongated oval shaped seat which can be more comfortable than the shorter square or rounded seat of a modern style toilet; they also tend to be elevated higher off the floor than modern toilets, which should be an advantage if accessibility is a consideration for any of your household.
