This bath states there is a tap ledge, but no pre-drilled tap holes. Can taps be mounted on this "ledge" if you drill your own holes? Or is the "tap ledge" just a feature and you have to have wall or floor mounted taps?

I am afraid taps cannot be mounted on to this bath.

This bath narrows at one end. Please can you tell me the width at the narrower end (Tap end as per the pics).
By Mrs Small On 2013-05-15 14:30:23
The width at the narrower end of the bath is aproximately 660mm.

Hello Can you please give details of how the trap would be fitted to this bath. Would the trap have to be located below floor level? Also what is the recommended pop-up waste for this bath - would it be item 8290? Thanks
By Jonathan Beck On 2013-04-21 20:28:12
The correct waste for this bath is code 8290, the pop up bath waste for twin skinned baths. For any installation information we would always advise speaking to a qualified fitter/installer first.

Please can you tell me if you can supply this bath to me with lion paw feet, rather than ball and claw?
By sophie bennett On 2013-04-12 23:14:25
Thanks for your query. This bath is only provided with the feet as per the picture i'm afraid.

Does the pipe work have to be exposed in this traditional way or can the waste be concealed somehow and the taps be wall mounted?
By Nimmi On 2013-03-22 15:49:13
Thanks for your question. Yes, the waste will be exposed whichever waste you go for. Regarding taps, we would suggest floor mounted as per the picture. As this is a roll top bath, wall mounted bath taps may not be long enough to reach over the edge of the bath.

Nothing injects an element of designer flair into the bathroom quite like roll top baths and freestanding baths. Freestanding baths are great for adding a statement centre piece to any bathroom while roll top baths, with their Victorian inspired design, will perfectly complement any traditionally styled bathroom. Their deep style will add an elegant feature to any bathroom while providing you with a highly luxurious bathing experience.
The classic style of roll top and freestanding baths are having a revival with today’s bathroom designs and we stock a range of baths that maintain that traditional look while adding a little contemporary styling too. Choose from roll top and freestanding baths with traditional metal ball and claw feet or go for a built from the floor freestanding bath for that clean and modern take on a bathroom classic.
With many of our roll top baths and freestanding baths crafted from 2 sheets of 4mm – 6mm thick acrylic and combined with stone resin, you can definitely rely on these baths due to their strength and durability.
If space is limited in your bathroom, choose one of our smaller designs or choose from our baths with a straight back edge so you can push it to the wall to maximise floor space. Alternatively if you want your bath to make an impressive statement in a larger bathroom then these roll top baths and freestanding baths will make the perfect centre piece.
Add one of traditional bath fillers to really complement the classic style of these baths or team with a stylish chrome finished freestanding mixer to add another impressive feature to your roll top or freestanding bath.
