Hi Am interested in the modena toilet and seat. Can I just check that the standard seat that it comes with is soft close or do you have to upgrade to the carina seat for that option?

Hi, Can you please tell me how to change the toilet seat. Old style toilets used to have a bolt and wing nut but as this toilet is enclosed I can't see or get to anything like that.

You will need to gain access to the underneath of the toilet from the back to unscrew the toilet seat fixings and remove the toilet seat.
What is the distance between the back if the toilet and the back of the waste pipe? Is this a P trap or S trap toilet? Thanks for your help.

The distance you require is approximately 140mm from the waste pipe connection to the wall. The waste pipe can only connect directly through the wall with this toilet.
On the revive toilet what is the height of the waste pipe from the floor to the centre of the pipe. thanks

Is this toilet suitable for waste that goes into the floor?

The Impressions toilet has this capability, as do the compatible W.C units . However you would need to check the dimensions for each W.C on our website to confirm you have the space to go through the floor with your waste pipe connection.
