I would definitley use this company again. Brilliant service especially with keeping you updated on the stage of your order. The only reason i have not given 5 stars is because the delivery company was supposed to call me to arrange a delivery date and time and this did not happen. I nearly missed the delivery because they just turned up without calling to arrange a date but i was on my way home from work so the delivery driver waited 10 minutes. Good quality products.

I was truelly amazed at the sheer proffesionalism of this company in which i ordered my large freestanding bath from. instantly i received an email thanking me for my order and letting me know what was happening, this continued through every stage of my bath from being picked to being loaded onto a lorry, in transport. i received a telephone call asking me what day i would like delivery and which was suitable morning /afternoon. The next day i received my bath as requested in the morning. Driver was very friendly and helpful all staff kept me informed every step of the way and it all happened so swiftly and expertly that i was quite impressed. The packaging was also exceptional .. I completly recommend this exceptional company.
