How Do I Amend An Order I've Placed?

If you need to make a change to an order you have already placed with us, that's no problem at all as long as it hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse yet.

Although you can place your order online for your new dream bathroom, we appreciate there's a lot to consider when making your purchase, which is why you can call our team of expert advisors.

Do Your Prices Include VAT?

All our prices include VAT at the standard rate of 20%. You can request a VAT invoice once your goods have been dispatched with a full breakdown of the VAT charges or access it in your account.

If you believe you are entitled to not pay VAT, please contact our sales team on 0871 244 0935 who will be able to assist you with your purchase.

Can I Apply For Finance Online?

Yes, we offer a range of finance options to spread the cost of your bathroom purchase over a number of months, including a 0% finance offer (subject to a minimum spend). To see our more information about paying with Finance, check out our Finance Options page.

How Do I Use A Voucher Code?

From time to time, we may run discount promotions through the use of voucher codes which can be used on the website. Any voucher codes we make available are only available directly through Better Bathrooms, we do not work with any 3rd party websites to offer voucher codes, so if you have seen a discount code advertised on a website other than Better Bathrooms, we are unable to honour it.

If you have received a voucher code form us, or have seen one advertised on our website, the code can be redeemed by entering it in your shopping basket. Please see a guide below of where to enter your code:

Voucher Code Troubleshooting

If your voucher code is not valid, you will receive a message you informing of this. It may be invalid for one of the following reasons:

  • The voucher code has been mistyped - please double check the code and try again.
  • The voucher code has expired - please check for any expiry date associated with the voucher.
  • There are no products in your basket which the voucher code can be applied to - please check any product exclusions associated with the voucher code.
  • The voucher code was advertised on a 3rd party website and is not a valid Better Bathrooms voucher code.

Do You Have A Catalogue?

Our catalogue is currently being updated with all our new exciting product designs so is currently unavailable to order online. For all our latest offers, please check the website.

Do You Offer An Installation Service?

To keep our prices as low as possible, we don't currently offer an installation service. We do recommend however that you have your products installed by a fully qualified bathroom fitter.

We strongly recommend that you don't book any plumbers or fitters until you have all your goods in your possession to allow for any issues that may occur on delivery.

Can You Design My Bathroom For Me?

Although we don't offer a specific design service, our sales advisers would be more than happy to run through your requirements and help you pick out the products to create your dream bathroom.

  • Length, Width & Height of your bathroom
  • The voucher code has expired - please check for any expiry date associated with the voucher.
  • What kind of water system you have, e.g. Combination Boiler, Gravity Fed or Pumped System
  • Can waste water from a bath or shower be taken underneath your floorboards?
