How Do I Exchange An Item I Have Purchased?

We are very proud to offer a 365 day exchange period. This means that you are able to return any unwanted items back to us within 365 days of your original purchase date for an exchange. We understand that things don't always go according to plan, so if you've had a rethink about your bathroom layout, or change of heart about your basin style, you have 365 days to let us know and we'll provide you with an exchange for your preferred items.

Please note, we can only accept exchanges on items if the items you are returning are:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In good condition
  • In the original packaging

Where Can I Return My Item Or Order To?

We don't currently accept returns to our Trade Counter in Leigh. If you need to return something to us please click here and follow our returns procedure.

How Do I Return An Item Or Order To You?

For orders placed on or after the 25th March 2019.

To arrange the return of an item or your order to us, you have a few options available, all we ask is that if you are returning items, you are doing so within the following guidelines:

  1. The item(s) have not been installed
  2. The item(s) are still in their original packaging
  3. The item(s) are returned as new
  4. If you require a refund, you notify us within 14 days of the delivery date
  5. You are within 365 days of the delivery date for an exchange or credit

If you meet all of the above criteria, you can return your items to us, but to do so, you will need to arrange this with our customer services team. The best way to do that is to call us on 0871 244 0935 or send us an emessage
