I have a pump fitted but to get any water I have to turn the temperature knob to cold first. is this normal. Also the temp knob turns freely without pressing in the button on the side.

Answer from Matt Clarke Hi,

We would recommend seeking the advice of a plumber for such issues as it sounds like you may have the incorrect type of shower pump installed.

Regards

Matt

Question from Jonathan : Asked on 11/02/2016 Hi I bought the alora shower quadrant 800x800 would you advise on this shower for it thanks

Answer from Benjamin Linnert Good evening,

Thank you for your question.

Overall, this would be a good shower for inside this enclosure. Its got plenty of room for it and the style suits. As long as you've got the pressure to run it effectively.

I hope this information helps, if you have any further questions or wish to discuss stock of this item or your delivery, please give me a call on 0161 667 6560 - Ben.

Kind regards.

Question from Heather: Asked on 15/02/2015 Can the body jets and the overhead but used at the same time? I have noticed that they are operated using the same dial.

Thanks

Answer from Peter Hi,

Thank you for your question the shower panel works on a diverter so you can either use the shower or the jets you can not use them simultaneously. If you have any further questions please feel free to give us a call on 0161 667 6560.

Kind regards.

Question from John: Asked on 11/06/2014 I purchased this item along with full bathroom and shower sometime ago very pleased. from day one the shower has dripped. The water pressure from my Worcester Bosch Combi boiler was way to powerful fitted a reducer sorted for a couple of months. now it has started dripping again. Tried moving the lever to numerous positions no joy. was going to order another to replace this but am worried that i might just have the same problem. Any come with a stop tap or maintenance valve that can be turned??

Answer from Peter Hi,

Thank you for your question.

If the product is faulty please contact the customer service team and they will be able to look in to this for you.

Question from Brian Johnson: Asked on 21/05/2014 My plumber has asked for a technical diagram so that he can bring out the pipework in the correct place in the shower - the shower is just being built so we have a bare wall to chase out. There was no diagram available when we ordered, so could you send me a technical sheet for fitting this panel as well if possible ?
Will will not get delivery until June which is why I need to ask these questions now.
Thanks

Answer from Nathan McGregor Hello.

We would not advise you to start chasing pipes into the wall before you have received the item as some of the measurements of the item might differ.

Regards.

Question from Ted Kilpin: Asked on 19/05/2014 What is the flow rate for this shower? Can a flow reducer be fitted to it in order to meet Code for Sustainable Homes criteria?

Answer from Nathan McGregor Hello.

I could not tell you what the flow rate is as it is totally dependent on your pipe work.

Regards.

Question from Cathy Baker: Asked on 30/04/2014 Please can you e-mail the instructions for this unit - ours came without any. Thank you.

Answer from Peter Hi

Please contact our after sales team on 0844 484 7678 option 2 to request these to be sent out please

Question from Mike Revell: Asked on 11/04/2014 I currently have a Mira thermostatic shower. Can I replace it with this product with minimum plumbing. Are the hot and cold connections made with flexy hoses? Thanks

Answer from Peter Hi there,

The shower panel has a minimum pressure requirement of 1.5 running from your heating system, if you have this or above the panel will function.

The panel has flexible hot and cold hoses for connection to your water supply.

Kind Regards

Question from Jerrycans: Asked on 06/04/2014 Can this shower be fixed onto your shower unit 10515

Answer from Nathan McGregor Hello.

This would not be suitable to be used with this unit as the holes are pre drilled ready for a bar shower.

Regards.

Question from Rav: Asked on 18/03/2014 Can you please tell me how many ways the diverter is and also if it has a thermostat?

Thanks

Answer from Peter Hi,

Thank you for your question.

The diverter has 3 different setting one for the drencher head, one for the hand held shower and one for the body jets.

The shower panel is also thermostatically controlled.

Question from tom: Asked on 16/02/2014 hi does this require a pump i have a combi boiler

Question from moymona begum: Asked on 14/02/2014 I only have space for a 760 shower tray . Will this shower be suitable for that space

Answer from Peter Hello.

This unit projects approx 80mm so only leaving you with 680mm to maneuver in the shower. I would advise against this item.
