Question from Alice: Asked on 26/01/2016 Is this able to be fixed off a tap with shower fixings instead of the bar? Cheers

Answer from Nathan McGregor Hello.

Thank you for your question.

It is not recommended due to there being no thermostat in a normal bath tap so your shower will be always fluctuating in temp.

Question from rob : Asked on 12/01/2016 Can this be connected to s normal electric shower. It the shower unit is on Wall and the feed comes out the bottom?

Answer from Anthony Hi there,

Thank you for your question.

I am afraid not as this shower requires a certain amount of pressure to function (1.0bar) which an electric shower will not supply.

Kind Regards

Question from fergus: Asked on 30/12/2015 does the attached shower head swivel not the hand held one on the hose

Answer from Benjamin Linnert Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your question.

This head is in fact on a ball pivot joint. Allowing you to swivel the head.

Kind regards.

Question from Michael Martin : Asked on 17/10/2015 Re The three way diverter. Is it down for hand held middle for both and up for top.
As when we move it straight up it just goes off and no water comes out.

Answer from Nathan Dunstan Hi,
Thank you for the question ,
as far as i know you can only have one on at a time and not both you have left side to control temperature and the other dail controls flow.

if you need more information please contact us on 0161 6676560 we also have a technical team who can answer any more technical questions

Many thanks
Nathan Dunstan

The only thing we would recommend in addition is the easy plumb round valve kit to make it easier to install.

Question from Eugene: Asked on 08/06/2014 We have a gravity fed system and will be moving to a combi boiler soon but need a shower now. Will this work with a gravity fed system without a pump for a couple months before then being fed by a combi boiler? I don't know the pressure of existing but we run a shower, which this would replace, without a pump at present and it works fine.

Answer from Darren Stevens Yes this should be fine on a gravity fed system as it only requires 0.5 bar pressure and on a combi boiler this would be fine

Question from Clare Chaudhry: Asked on 29/12/2013 Does this actually include the large shower head at the top?

Answer from Peter Hi,

Thanks for your enquiry. Yes it does include that.

Question from Georgie: Asked on 25/12/2013 We had this shower and values fitted last week, but am a little disappointed that the pressure is low. The temperature also fluctuates. We had a plumber fit it, it is fed from a combi boiler - would it be worth investing in a pump? Just a shame to have a nice new shower fitted and be just a little bit disappointing.
