Summary
The Minimalist bar shower valve offers thermostatic showering with two easy to operate controls, one handle operates the on and off flow control whilst the other allows temperature selection.
Features
- 1/2" exposed thermostatically controlled shower valve
- Pipe fixing centres at 150mm +/- 20mm
- Mixed water bottom outlet
- Hot water feed inlet on the left when water outlet on the bottom of the valve
- Cold water supply temperature 4 - 20°C
- Suitable for water systems between 0.5 and 4 bar pressure
- Hot water supply temperature 55 - 85°C
- Suitable for gravity fed systems (subject to minimum 0.5 bar pressure)
- Built in anti-scald device
- Suitable for combi boiler systems
- Suitable for unvented mains pressures systems
- Suitable for shower pumps

Yes it should be fine.
It may be an issue with the internal thermostat. I would advise speaking to our technical team on 01925 544 861 and they will be able to diagnose the fault you are having.
