Question from Kane: Asked on 30/08/2017 Just wonder if the fixed part can be fixed at different angles to the wall? i.e. 120 degrees to the wall rather than perpendicular to the wall. Cause it is straight to the wall, the fixing bracket would be in the middle of the window. If not, do u have other products that would fit my requirements?

Unfortunately this isn't possible with this unit we don't have anything that can do that sorry.

Question from Andy: Asked on 03/01/2016 I'm looking to install the above shower screen in a walk in shower. Is it possible to hinge the shower screen 50mm above the floor. Can the wall support hold the fixed panel and moving panel with out dropping.

Thanks Andy

Answer from Simon Hi,

Thanks for your question, I wouldn't recommend this as I don't think the wall would support this as the screen would be too heavy.

Question from paul bell: Asked on 30/08/2015 Is there a finishing cap provided to fit at the top of the mounting bracket

Answer from Benjamin Linnert Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your question.

I'm afraid that no finishing cap is provided with any of our screens.

Kind regards.

Question from Pamela: Asked on 20/07/2015 Hi,

Could you advise if the towel rail is optional and removable, or if you stock the same door without the towel holder?
Thanks

Answer from Matt Clarke Hi,

the towel rail is not removable. As the screens are pre-drilled for the towel rail. We do not currently have a non-towel rail version of this screen.

Including the brace the screen is 1445mm high.

If you have any more questions please call our sales team on 0161 667 6560.

Question from Linda: Asked on 08/06/2015 Is the glass coated or treated in any way that makes is easy clean or resistance to limescale or is it just tempered safety glass?

Answer from Anthony Hi,

Thank you for your question.

I am afraid it does not have the easy clean glass coating on this bath screen, it is just 6mm toughened safety glass.

Kind Regards

Question from Jan Downey: Asked on 08/12/2014 I bought this screen and am pleased, but how can I stop it from hitting the wall when it is pushed back over the bath?

Answer from jonathan hi thank you for your question, but unfortunately i'm not too sure what you mean the screen will always hit the wall, can you resubmit your question and be a little bit more specific please. i hope this information was useful alternatively you can speak to our customer care team for any other issues you may have there number is 01925544861.

Question from Elliot: Asked on 14/11/2014 Two questions:
1) which side face into the bath? -the pivot point is different on both sides, one side being open/exposed -I'm assuming that given this is less aesthetically pleasing this is the inside of the bath side?

2) the supporting brace doesn't permanently attach to the static part of the glass is this correct? -the supplied screw that goes through the brace and is intended to attach to the glass clip to provide support, the hole in the glass clip is way too big for the supplied screw, i assume the screw and the brace just 'rest' in this hole?

Answer from Nathan McGregor Hello.

Thank you for your question.

This is universal so you can have it each way. The supporting brace just has a grub screw which is tightened on to the glass.

If you need any further assistance please call us on 0844 484 7678 (Option 1).

Regards.

Question from mr k paul: Asked on 10/11/2014 does the screen come with a plastic cap at the top of fixed screen to stop water going in

Answer from Anthony Hi there,

Kind Regards

Question from steve parker: Asked on 06/11/2014 the towel rail I have received has got different fixing nuts on each end and only one rubber washer to go against the glass on one end. Is this correct?

Question from Carole Gibb: Asked on 19/09/2013

Does the bath screen pivot into or out of bath? Does it have secure rubber seal(s) to prevent water escaping on to the floor? Thanks.

Answer from Clive Walker

Hi there, the bath screen pivots both ways, into and out of the bath. There are rubber seals at the base of the screen to help prevent water escaping on to the floor.

Question from Fiona: Asked on 29/04/2013

Does this shower screen have a separate wall to screen support bar

Answer from Mike B

Hi there

Yes, this screen has a small bracket to connect the fixed part of the screen to the supporting wall.

Question from E Harris: Asked on 17/03/2013

Hi does this shower screen pivot??

Answer from Pete

Hi,

Thanks for your question. Yes, This screen pivots. Please note that there is a static 300mm piece before the 700mm piece that is pivotable.

Question from Hugh Soden: Asked on 03/03/2012 A common fault with these pivoted shower/bath screens is that the fixed panel does not have a proper seal where it meets the bath-top - is this model leak-proof?

Answer from Rob Molloy The bath screen has a seal that will prevent leaks.

Question from Ray: Asked on 10/02/2012 Will the mounting adjustment allow for out-of-vertical between the wall and the bath edge?

Answer from Kirk Thompson You can adjust the screen so it will align with the bath and the wall. You get a 20mm adjustment on the profile on the wall.

Question from Dawn Haynes: Asked on 27/01/2012 Hi

I asked a question yesterday and although I received a reply it didn't answer the question. I tried to respond but I am not sure if the response came through.

I note the length of the moving part of the shower screen, however, please could you confirm how wide the moving part opens out? Is there sufficient access to the bath as we have a small child to bathe every evening and want to ensure we can reach the taps etc properly.

Thanks in advance

Answer from Kirk Thompson The bath screen pivots both ways by at least 180 degrees from the fixed section. Depending on what is at the side of the screen you should be able to reach the taps.
The Screen that pivots is 700mm Approx. The Fixed part is 300mm Approx.

Question from Dawn Haynes: Asked on 26/01/2012 Hi

Please could you confirm how wide the part of the screen that moves opens?

Thanks

Dawn

Answer from Lee Hi there,

The fixed part of the screen is 300mm and the part that moves is 700mm.

Question from fiona: Asked on 21/01/2012 Can the moving part of the screen be pushed in to enclose the showering space? Or does it open outwardly?

Answer from Kirk Thompson Hi Fiona,

You can pivot this bath screen both ways. It will pivot 300mm from the wall.
