Question from angela: Asked on 08/08/2016 Hi
Can the separate handset be moved up and down depending on peoples height or is the bracket fixed to the one height were it sits in?

Answer from Nathan McGregor Hi.

Thank you for your question.

The bracket is fixed on the shower pole so can't be moved I am afraid.

If you have any more questions please call our sales team on 0161 667 6560.

Question from Suzi: Asked on 18/01/2016 Do I need to buy anything else alongside this to use as a shower unit?

Answer from Benjamin Linnert Good Morning,

Thank you for your question.

You would also need a fixing kit to connect your valve to the wall.

If you give me a call on 0161 667 6560 - Ben, I can make sure one of these is sourced for the shower and we can discuss delivery.

Kind regards.

Question from Gary Foulstone: Asked on 10/12/2015 Hi,
I have purchased this from you.
The installation instructions aren't clear on how far the pipe fittings need to protrude from the wall after the tiles are fitted.
Is there a recommended distance.
This is the section of pipe that the offset connecter needs to connect to.
Many thanks

Answer from Nathan McGregor Hello.

Thank you for your question.

I would recommend speak to our technical team on 01925 544 861.

Question from Mr S Burbidge: Asked on 29/06/2014 Hi I am looking to purchase the square Quadrato dual riser pack kit, I hope to put it on an external wall can you tell me how much of a space is required for the pipework behind the shower as the wall has plasterboard which has been dab and plastered on to the wall.

Answer from Peter Hi there,

Thank you for your question.

To install this shower you will need to run 15mm pipes up the wall and put elbows on the end to bring the pipe out of the wall so approx. 25mm will allow you to do this.

I hope this information helps.
