Answer from Simon Hi,

There is no set height that this should be positioned at it would just come down to personal preference.

Question from Danny: Asked on 11/06/2015 Hi how high above the bath would you recommend installing

Thank you for your question,

There isn't any set distance above the bath to set the tap but I would recommend approx. 200mm.

Question from Mal: Asked on 19/04/2015 Where can you get longer flexi pipes, no local shops including B&Q and Screwfix sell the same type. What is the alternative way to plumb them in including fittings

Answer from Matt Clarke Hi,

You could use long flexible hoses. Like on the link below. If your unsure please call our technical team on 01925 544 861 option 2

Question from B KING : Asked on 02/03/2015 On purchasing this item I noticed the flexible pipe connectors on both the hot and cold are reduced to around 6 mm through the length of the flexible pip. So effectively reducing my 22mm hot feed to 6 or so mm. Does this mean it can be connected to a 15mm hot feed (same as basin taps) as the flexible pipe will still reduce it to 6 mm feed regardless. Or would I be better off running a 15mm feed directly into the Base plate and not using the flexible connection that came with the bath filler.
Thanks Mr king

Answer from Matt Clarke Hi,

We would recommend speaking to our technical team on 01925 544 861 option 2 in regards to this matter as they are best qualified to advise you.

Answer from Andrea Bullen Hi there,

The basin mixer is supplied with the hot and cold flexible hoses to connect to your existing pipework. The pre-order date is usually very accurate and should be in on the date stated on the website.

Kind Regards
