Question from miss emma pegg : Asked on 06/12/2015 Hello , I bought a veneto paper holder from you ( along with a whole bathroom suite) and it has become really wobbly and loose , the part the actual toilet roll sits on . I no longer have the fixing instructions so can't see if it needs tightening anywhere , can you please email me the fixing instructions .....If it is just the fact that the design is no good what are my options...will you exchange it for one that doesn't wobble ? Thanks

It sounds to me as if the front plate needs taking off and the fixing screws tightened.
