Administration FAQs

On 1 March 2019, Betterbathrooms (UK) Limited went into Administration. The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by Philip Edward Pierce and Gary Edgar Blackburn who were appointed Joint Administrators on 1 March 2019 The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.
On 13th March 2019 Buy It Direct Ltd, an award winning UK retailer, bought the assets of the company which included the trading name and website. To learn more about Buy It Direct Ltd please click here.
Buy It Direct started accepting new customer orders on 25th March 2019, any customer orders placed before this date relate to the previous company and any claims relating to faulty goods or orders that have not yet been delivered need to be directed to the administrators. The administrators can be contacted on this email address betterbathrooms@frpadvisory.com. If you paid by credit or debit card we would recommend contacting your card issuer and explaining the situation, in many cases they will reimburse you for any losses. If you paid using a finance option we would suggest doing the same. If you paid by PayPal we would advise raising a claim with PayPal. If you paid by cash in any of the stores then you will need to raise a claim with the administrators.
Buy It Direct do not receive any of the money paid by previous customers to Betterbathrooms (UK) Limited, Buy It Direct have no obligation with regards to orders placed before 25th March.
