Questions & Answers

Question from Sue: Asked on 09/06/2018 Hi, Please can you tell me if this tower is suitable as an over bath shower or does it need to be fitted into a shower cubicle. Thank you

Question from Catherine: Asked on 29/05/2018 We already have a thermostatic shower in place. The hot and cold pipes are at eye level and about 100mm apart. Is it just a case of a straight switch between the 2 showers or would there be more work involved?

Answer from chris Hi,

You should be able to attached 2 flexi tails onto the pipes from the wall which will then fit straight into the back on the panel so you should have no issue

Question from Cherie Copeland: Asked on 02/05/2018 Have just had this shower installed and having problems with the water temperature. It is either too hot or too cold, cannot get a warm temperature. New thermostat was sent and still now working. The plumber threw away the fitting instructions so cannot check it's fitted properly, don't know what else to do. Would it be possible to send through the fitting instructions online, please?

Answer from Matt Clarke Please can you submit you ticket through our help centre:

Thank you

Question from Tony: Asked on 17/10/2017 Can this shower be fitted in a corner? Can you buy brackets to do this? Thanks.

Answer from Ryan Hi Tony, this one is designed to go on a wall, not on brackets in a corner, unfortunately. Thanks, Ryan.

Question from dave mason: Asked on 25/07/2017 Hi, does the tower have the option to be fitted in the corner or does it have to be on a flat wall? Thanks.

Answer from Nathan Hi Dave, this one is only suitable for flat wall fixing. Thanks, Nathan.

Question from John perks : Asked on 05/11/2016 Is there a pump built in or would I require a separate unit as I do not have a combined boiler. Thanks

Answer from Matt Clarke Hi,

Thank you for your question.

You would require a separate pump unit.

If you need any more info or would like to place an order, please contact me.

Question from john: Asked on 29/09/2016 Is this the same as an electric shower?

Answer from Simon Hi,

No, you would need a hot and cold feed for this. This would run off a combination boiler rather than electric.

Question from David Rogers: Asked on 13/04/2016 do you need a pump with this

Answer from Simon Kirby Hi,

It would all depend on your water pressure as to whether or not you would need a pump to go with this. If you have got a combi boiler then you should be fine, however if you have still got a gravity fed system, which would mean you have a big water tank somewhere in the home ten you would almost certainly require a pump for this.

If you need anymore help or advice or wish to place an order then just contact me direct on 0161 667 6560.

Question from Steve Price: Asked on 13/03/2014 Hi
I am looking to replace an existing panel shower with this one, however I can't see any fixing points for the casing, please can you tell me how this particular unit fastens to the wall? and my current shower is connected to the water supply with flexible hoses, would I be still be able to use these?

Thanks in advance
Kind Regards

Answer from Rob Molloy Hi

Its connected to the wall on an internal bracket similar to how you would hang a mirror.

The panel is connected up on flexible hoses so yes you would still able to use these.

Question from Peter Allinson: Asked on 10/06/2012 Does this shower panel work with a combi boiler?

Answer from Anthony Hi There,

Yes, however the minimum operating pressure you would need is 1.5 bar pressure - 4 bar maximum pressure.

Question from Mari Becker: Asked on 08/02/2012 Can you use the jets simultaneously with either the handset or showerhead?

Answer from Kirk Thompson We recommend that you only use 1 outlet at a time on this shower panel. As you would need a high pressure system for it to work 2 outlets.

Question from Chris Gallon: Asked on 10/01/2012 Specification states that this item operated between 1.5 and 4bar.I would like to know what volume of water required to operate this system (all 4 jets)sucssfully and would a 1.5bar pump be sufficien if the pump was 25' away from the shower unit?

Answer from Peter Hi there,
My advice would be that only one function would be suitable at any one time. 1.5 bar is the minimum requirement for it to function. The distance the pump is away from the system shouldn't matter if the pressure is constant but again this is more fitting information rather than product info. I would speak your fitter on both points to confirm.
