Questions & Answers

Question from Aimee Walton: Asked on 01/08/2016 I can't seem to find anywhere to control the power? I can see on and off and I can see temperature but not to increase the power?

Answer from Simon Hi,

The on/off is the flow rate as well so if you turn that fully round then this will be the maximum flow rate.

Question from Mrs saul: Asked on 09/07/2016 Is this shower suitable for over the bath shower?

Answer from Simon Hi,

Thanks for your question, there is no reason why this cant go above a bath however I wouldn't recommend this as this shower has got body jets on and if these were used then the water would go out the other end of the bath.

Question from Peter harrison: Asked on 09/03/2016 Hi,
I bought this shower from you 2 years ago and need to replace the thermostatic cartridge.

Can you please let me know which cartridge the shower uses?

Answer from Benjamin Linnert Good afternoon,

Thank you for your question.

If you give us a call on 0333 777 4777 option 2 and ask for a replacement cartridge to be organised for you, we can source one.

Kind regards.

Question from Martin Oliver: Asked on 12/09/2015 I have had my shower for approx 2 years now and the temperature control is poor. I have to have the handset on at the same time as the overhead shower and turned around to maximum to get it up to a reasonable temperature. Is this a faulty part?

Answer from Benjamin Linnert Good Morning,

Thank you for your question.

It sounds to me like the thermostatic cartridge may be faulty.

If you give us a call on 0333 777 4777 option 2, you can speak to our technical team who will be able to give you more advice on what may be going wrong with the shower.

Kind regards.

Question from Linda: Asked on 02/04/2015 My plumber has asked that I buy a shower with surface valves. Are your shower panels classed as having surface valves?

Answer from Anthony Hi there,

Thank you for your question.

If by surface valves your plumber means that your hot and cold water pipes are connected through the surface of the wall, then yes this shower panel would be suitable as it includes two flexible connectors which are attached to your pipework when installing, You will require a minimum pressure of 1.5 bar for this shower panel to function

Kind Regards

Question from Gwen : Asked on 11/08/2014 Would this be compatible with a combi boiler?

Answer from Jamie H Hi,

Yes you can use this shower but it does require 1.5 Bar of pressure as a minimum to work efficiently so check your combi boiler for the water pressure before purchasing.

Question from jeanette: Asked on 27/06/2014 does the shower head swivel/

Answer from Anthony Hi there,

Yes, the main shower head is on a ball joint and can be swivelled.

Kind Regards

Question from Stephen: Asked on 08/09/2013

Do the shower jets work at the same time as the rain shower and/or hand held shower?

Answer from John Smith

Thanks for your question. They will only work independantly fom each other

Question from Gari Jones: Asked on 22/04/2013

Where is the water feed located? I have an existing power shower with the pipes running externally into the top of the shower unit. Would I need to chase the pipes back into the wall or could I feed the pipes into the top of this unit?

Answer from Darren Stevens

Hi there

The water feed is located behind the shower panel and includes the flexible connectors to connect with your existing water pipes. This connection would need to be made through your wall as there is no access above or below the shower panel.
