1 bar refers to the amount of pressure from the boiler, most combi-boiler would be fine, most taps need about 1.0 bar, with this but would need to check with a plumber to check yours.

the tap hose extends out around 20 cm extra , the button concentrates the water so in effect is more powerful ,
